Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Scotland) Regulations 2010: consultation

Short consultation to update the existing regulations to bring them in line with the EU TSE Regulation prior to EU Exit.

We are carrying out a short 2 week consultation on a proposal to amend the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Scotland) Regulations 2010.

The proposed amendment will update the existing Regulations to bring them in line with the EU TSE Regulation prior to EU Exit.

The consultation closes on 11 March 2019.
