Trauma Responsive Social Work Services Programme: data protection impact assessment
Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for the Trauma Responsive Social Work Services Programme.
Introduction
The purpose of this document is to identify, assess, and report on any potential data protection impacts that result from the Trauma Responsive Social Work Services (TRSWS) Programme. The programme involves working with key stakeholders to ensure that trauma informed and responsive system changes, knowledge, skills and practice are embedded within the social work profession in Scotland. A workplan of actions has been agreed through the TRSWS Partnership Delivery Group, and work is progressing with four early implementation sites (local social work services) in the initial phase.
This DPIA details the approach the Trauma Responsive Social Work Services team will take to develop various learning materials and provide training and coaching support to social work services and multidisciplinary teams across Scotland. This DPIA also outlines the programmes approach to evaluation of the programme.
