Information requested

• A list of all third-party/external recruitment agencies currently approved to recruit for interim/permanent positions for the Scottish Government and related bodies.
• The process which a new third-party supplier must go through in order to be approved as a thirdparty supplier for the purposes of recruiting for interim/permanent positions for the Scottish Government and related bodies.

The following suppliers are on the current Scottish Government Frameworks for the Provision of Temporary & Interim Staff Services, which may be utilised by organisations throughout the Scottish public sector:

These frameworks are competitively tendered on a regular basis, usually every 4 years. Tendering opportunities are advertised on the Public Contracts Scotland Portal, and the Find a Tender website in the form of a Contract Notice.

The frameworks are for the provision of Temporary and Interim Staff Services only. Permanent recruitment is not within the scope of these frameworks. Permanent recruitment within the Scottish Government is arranged internally via Human Resources within the People Directorate.
