12. Temporal scope
Outcome 1 would be final in terms of temporal scope. Outcome 2 would require periodic review and a decision to continue authorising a scientific trial to be made in much the same way as has been done to date. Outcome 3 would likewise also be final, if establishing a fishery there would be no time limit on this, however as noted it may be prudent to phase the establishment as stock assessments are completed.
