3. Scope of Standards

The Standards are aimed at those providing early intervention treatment or support to young people in support levels Tier 1-4.^[7] Our ambition is that any institution or organisation that a young person interacts with (for example, school, hospital, police, social work, etc.) can address concerns around drug or alcohol use, and the support provided is person-centred, free from stigma and joined up.
