Revised draft Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations received with several regulations redrafted, and regulations renumbered. The revised version forms the basis for this scrutiny report.

SCoSS draft recommendations released to Scottish Government officials.

Call for views issued to stakeholders relating to terminology of mental health.

Revised draft regulations on residence and presence conditions referred to SCoSS.
