12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing

• How will the impact of the proposal on children’s rights and wellbeing be monitored?
• When will you review and update the CRWIA if required?

A standing statutory guidance review committee has been established which will review the statutory guidance on an annual basis. During each review, the impact on children’s rights and wellbeing of any change will be considered and additional consultation and engagement carried out with relevant stakeholders.
