Updated ministerial guidance to Responsible Authorities on the discharge of their obligations under sections 10 and 11 of the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.
Errata
An errata was published on Monday 25th April 2022 as a result of changes on PDF page 6 to the hyperlink in footnote 3 to Ordinary Residence, page 90 to hyperlinks in footnotes 18 and 19 to Rules 100 and 136 of the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 2011 and page 156 to Table 4: Restricted Patients Data where b(3) and (e) have been deleted.
The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
