Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme update: Q2 2025

A quarterly release providing data and information on the progress of the Cladding Remediation Programme in Scotland.


Single Open Call

As at 30 June 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had received 600 expressions of interest (EoIs) via the Single Open Call. This number includes EoIs that may be deemed out of scope of the Cladding Remediation Programme.

More than half of the EoIs were submitted by Factors or Property Managers, and almost one third were submitted by Local Authorities.

Of the 600 EOIs submitted, 311 were from factors pr property managers, 197 from Local Authorities, 88 from Registered Social Landlords, 3 from owner’s or resident’s associations and 1 from 'Other’ type of applicant.

 

As at 30 June 2025, EoIs had been submitted for buildings in 18 of the 32 local authority areas in Scotland, with the largest proportion relating to buildings in Glasgow City local authority area.
