Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme update: Q2 2025

A quarterly release providing data and information on the progress of the Cladding Remediation Programme in Scotland.

As at 30 June 2025, the Scottish Government Cladding Remediation Programme was aware that three Single Building Assessments (SBAs), based on the specification published in June 2024, had been completed. A further 12 SBAs were underway.
As at 30 June 2025, the three completed SBAs identified that remedial works were required. Works had commenced for two of these, but not the other.
As at 30 June 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had received 600 expressions of interest (EoIs) via the Single Open Call.
More than half of the EoIs were submitted by Factors or Property Managers, and almost one third were submitted by Local Authorities.
As at 30 June 2025, EoIs had been submitted for buildings in 18 of the 32 local authority areas in Scotland, with the largest proportion relating to buildings in Glasgow City local authority area.
