Single Building Assessments

As at 31 December 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had been informed that 17 Single Building Assessments (SBAs), based on the specification published in June 2024, had been completed, which was an increase of one from the previous month.

As at 31 December 2025, the Scottish Government Cladding Remediation Programme was not aware of any other SBAs that had been started, but not completed.
