An ad hoc release providing data and information on the progress of the Cladding Remediation Programme in Scotland

Key points

As at 30 April 2025, the Scottish Government Cladding Remediation Programme was aware that two Single Building Assessments (SBAs), based on the specification published in June 2024, had been completed. A further 13 SBAs had been started
As at 30 April 2025, the two completed SBAs identified that remedial works were required. Works had commenced for one of these, but not the other
As at 30 April 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had received 32 expressions of interest from eligible applicants via the Single Open Call
