There is no planned communication as the proposal will have no impact on Children’s Rights. However, the CRWIA will be published on the legislation.gov.uk website alongside the instrument so those wishing to access it can do so. The CRWIA has been written in so far as possible in an accessible format so that any children reading it can understand its content and the no relevance, and therefore no impact decision on their rights as per the assessment.
