Presentations and materials from the 'Experiences, Successes and Challenges' event held by the Primary Care National Out of Hours Oversight Group.

This event aimed to bring together the Scottish out of hours community to share experiences, successes and challenges. 

The event focused on:

  • care of patients in the out of hour period
  • engaging the public
  • the morale and wellbeing of the staff who work in out of hours services

Building on the success of last year’s event, a number of workshops were hosted. Morning and afternoon sessions allowed participants to attend two separate workshops across the day.
