11. Implementation and delivery plan
The proposal will be implemented by:
1. Convening a SLWG to produce an initial re-draft of the statutory guidance.
2. Hosting a consultation on the draft produced in collaboration with the SLWG.
3. Following revisions, publishing the revised guidance.
4. Communicating publication of the revised guidance to appropriate partners.
11.1 Post-implementation delivery plan
Following publication, the impact of the revised guidance will be monitored through engagement with key stakeholders.
