9.1 A copy Guidance Note setting out operational guidance for Registered Social Landlords dealing with 'Golden Share' Buy-Backs and re-sales can be found here . It is important that these procedures are followed and where the RSL has not been involved with these before or is in any way unsure, they should seek guidance at an early stage.
