11. Annex 2: Delivery Confidence RAGs

The below table outlines the used RAG (Red, Amber, Green) ratings used by action owners to rate their confidence in the successful delivery of the work.

Blue

Delivery has been successfully completed with no outstanding actions.

Green

Successful delivery to time and cost as agreed appears highly likely with no major challenges at this stage appearing to threaten delivery.

Amber-Green

Successful delivery appears probable however close attention is required to ensure identified challenges do not materialise into threats to delivery.

Amber-Red

Successful delivery faces significant challenges in a number of key areas and urgent action is underway to ensure these are addressed and agree resolution.

Red

Successful delivery faces major challenges. Urgent work is underway to agree resolutions and/or viability of delivery.

Where recommendations do not report a previous RAG rating this is due to them not being included in scope for previous reporting.
