What would the changes do?
The changes would:
- Create a recorded matters system for Orders made by the court and prison governors, which is the same as the one used for Compulsory Treatment Orders.
- Allow recorded matters to be added, changed or removed when needed.
- Make sure there is a clear way to complain to the Tribunal if a recorded matter is not being given.
- Give patients and named persons the right to ask the Tribunal for recorded matters to be added, changed or removed.
- Put key professionals in charge of recorded matters at reviews.
