It should be noted that, at this question the presentation of the strongly agree and mostly agree options were reversed compared to all other questions of this nature in the consultation (i.e. mostly agree was presented as option 1 and strongly agree as option 2 on this occasion). This could have resulted in some respondents inadvertently not selecting their preferred option.
