Sets out early action guidance for social landlords during the review of the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing post 2020 (EESSH2) until a new standard is established.

Status

This interim guidance comes into effect from the date of publication and supersedes the existing EESSH2 guidance for social landlords.^[1]

This interim guidance will be replaced by the new standard following the EESSH2 review. We anticipate that the review will be completed by mid-2023.
