6 SAP 10.2 is currently in use for new dwellings, to comply with the dwelling and fuel type matrix this will require a conversion SAP10.2 to SAP2012 equivalents. There is a conversion lookup in table 15 of the SAP10.2 specification at bregroup.com. For existing homes that have been assessed under the current RdSAP-10 methodology (since 15 June 2025), this utilised the same energy cost factors as SAP 2012, so no SAP conversion is necessary.
