Bluetongue: general licence for movements of animals to premises inside a Bluetongue Temporary Control Zone (TCZ)

General licence - EXD674(S) - permits movement of animals into premises within a TCZ, subject to conditions including inspection, direct routing, vehicle cleansing and insecticide treatment, and record-keeping. Breaches are a criminal offence.
