Bluetongue: General licence for movements of animals to a slaughterhouse located in a Temporary Control Zone in Scotland for the purpose of immediate slaughter

General licence permits movement of animals to a slaughterhouse located within a Scottish bluetongue Temporary Control Zone for immediate slaughter, subject to conditions including inspection, vehicle cleansing, insecticide treatment, direct routing and record-keeping. Valid from 20 August 2026. Breaches are a criminal offence.
