These are all the costs outlined by the Scottish Government associated with the judicial review of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill (Prohibition on Submission for Royal Assent) Order 2023. This was made and laid before the UK Parliament by the Secretary of State (under s.35 of the Scotland Act 1998) on 17 January 2023.

The figures provided are exclusive of VAT chargeable for services provided to the Scottish Government.
