Information requested
Details on how many fraudulent transactions through the Scottish Government’s ePC payment system have been committed and how many have been refunded by the Scottish Government.
I would also like to request the amount of each fraudulent transaction along with a total. All payments should stretch from September 2019 to the present day.

On confirmation of the fraud transactions, the card is stopped and a replacement/new card is issued.
If there are genuine transaction on the card at time of the stopping these transactions are moved over to the new card and if transactions have already been cleared by the direct debt, the refund for the fraud transaction is credited to the replacement/new card.
