1. Cabinet Secretary for Justice or
2. First Minister

between 16 May 2026 and 19 May 2026 (inclusive).

Under Section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

The First Minister and the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs attended a meeting of the Scottish Parliament on 19 May 2026. The Official Report of that meeting, which details the proceedings and events that took place, is available here.

Question 1

This is a formal notice under Section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested. This is because the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs had no meetings outwith events in the Scottish Parliament on the dates referenced.
