I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in relation to question 1, available in Annex B.

Exemptions have been applied under sections 27(1), 29(1)(d), 30(b)(ii), 38(1)(b) and 39(1) of FOISA to some of the information you have requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained below in Annex A.

In relation to question 2, this is a formal notice under section 17(1) of the Freedom of Information Act that the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested.
