You asked to release, all communication between your organisation and representatives of the Jewish Teachers Network or Jewish Teachers Network (Scotland).

I enclose a copy of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemptions under sections 38(1)(b) (personal information) applies to any information that could identify individuals, as disclosure would contravene data protection principlesÍž and section 39(1) (disclosure would, or would be likely to, endanger the physical or mental health or safety of an individual). Section 30(b)(ii) (free and frank exchange of views) of FOISA also applies, as disclosure would be likely to inhibit substantially the ability of stakeholders and officials to engage openly and constructively on sensitive issues in the future.
