Copy of Initial Teacher Education roundtable letter: FOI release

Information requested
The following FOI request relates to information alluded to in a previous FOI response (202600500746).
In document relating to a meeting the Cabinet Secretary for Education was going to attend a Teacher Recruitment roundtable on 8th January 2025.
On page 3 of that document, in a box giving context as to why the roundtable is happening, it states
“Separately, you agreed to hold a roundtable with ITE providers following a letter from Redacted under s38(1)(b) This letter noted delays in the Education Workforce, ITE intake target setting process. Redacted under s38(1)(b) mentioned that this had a difficult effect on ITE providers, who were pressured to accept intakes without intake targets”.
Please provide the following information:
1. A copy of the letter referred to in the above paragraph.
