My request relates specifically to the drafting and finalization of the written answer provided by Siobhian Brown to Parliamentary Question S6W-42095, published on 26 November 2025.

1. provide copies of all items of correspondence (including emails, email attachments, and internal memos) held by the Scottish Government’s Justice Directorate or the Minister for Community Safety’s office relating to the preparation of this answer.

2. I want Drafting iterations: Any correspondence between Scottish Government civil servants and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) regarding the status of the "Ford Ranger Ultra-Light Pumping Units" mentioned in the response.

3. Clarifications on "Completion": Any records discussing the definition of "completed" in the context of the statement "five of eight are completed".

4. Technical issues: Any correspondence discussing "additional configuration," "design failures," "stowage redesign," or "pump upgrades" relating to these specific vehicles that occurred during the drafting of this PQ,
