The Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture spent 16 working days outwith Scotland on government business in 2025. There were 260 working days in 2025 therefore the Cabinet Secretary spent the remainder in Scotland, notwithstanding any annual leave or public and privilege holidays.
