Information requested
You asked for "a list of all interests and changes declared to the permanent secretary by Humza Yousaf in all his ministerial and cabinet roles from 2012 onwards.
This should include the date of the interest or change, the ministerial role held at the time, and the category under which it was declared."
Response
I enclose at Annex A a copy of the information you requested in the format you asked for.
A very small amount of information has been redacted from the list of interests provided under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA because it is third party data. This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
