Response

Cabinet Secretary Angus Robertson did not have a formal bilateral meeting with the German Consulate in October 2025. Mr Robertson did attend the German Consulate’s annual flagship German Unity Day reception on 1 October 2025, at which he delivered a keynote address on Scotland’s bilateral relations with Germany. As this was not a formal bilateral meeting, there is no note of the engagement.
