How many STAFF {including GRADE} are in the SCOTISH GOVERNMENT DESK KIT HELP DESK team.

Response

The answer to your question is there was one C1 Project Manager leading the establishment of the helpdesk, one B3 Contract Manager leading the procurement and the project was overseen by a C2 and C3 Grade in Workplace Division. The helpdesk team itself was staffed by IT specialists brought in under a contract, they did not have an equivalent Scottish Government Grade.
