Information regarding the diary and schedule of selected Ministers: FOI release

Information requested

For each of the following individuals:

• Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs
• Natalie Don, Minister for Children, Young People and The Promise
• Siobhian Brown, Minister for Victims and Community Safety

For each of the following dates:

• 2 April 2025
• 10 June 2025
• 14 July 2025
• 1 October 2025
• 8 October 2025
• 25 November 2025

Please provide:

1. Their full ministerial diary/schedule for each date (including meetings, visits, events, internal engagements, travel, media, parliamentary commitments, and any other diary entries).
2. Any briefing headers or short descriptions accompanying the diary entry (not the full briefing unless easily retrievable).
3. If any diary entry was cancelled, rescheduled, or moved, please confirm this and provide the original entry where held.

Some exemptions have been applied of which are outlined in Annex A.

Question 3:

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested because the private offices in questions don’t keep a record of the diary entries which have been cancelled, rescheduled or moved.
