1. “What Scottish Government business was the Cabinet Secretary for Justice attending to on 19 November 2025 that meant she could not respond to an Urgent Question from Liam Kerr?
2. Please also provide her itinerary from that day.
3. Please also provide any internal correspondence relating to Liam Kerr’s Urgent Question on 19 November 2025, including any emails sent to the Justice Secretary or her officials.”

Response

Question 1:

On the afternoon of 19 November the Cabinet Secretary travelled to Brussels for pre- planned meetings with a number of representatives of EU Institutions and other stakeholders. This visit including the Cabinet Secretary hosting the annual St Andrew’s Day Concert.
