Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) correspondence: FOI release

Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

Your request was for the following information for the three months prior to 19 November:-

Could you supply all correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), including emails and minutes/notes from meetings, from the last three months?

Can this include any reports sent by OECD to the government in the same timeframe?

Response

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies is either that there were names or phone numbers of staff below Senior Civil Service grades.
