NHS MyCare app progress report: FOI release

Information requested
1). Please provide a progress report on the recommendations outlined in the Technology Assurance Review, Business Justification Gate carried out 3rd, 6th and 7th March 2025 on the Digital Front Door app.
2). Please provide me with a copy of any report or documents in relation to the Delivery Gate that it was recommended be done in the Technology Assurance Review, Business Justification Gate.

Thank you for your email request dated 18 November 2025 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA). I am a policy official in the Digital Health and Care division and have been asked to respond.
I enclose a copy of Appendix E - Business Justification Gate Action Plan, from the draft version of the Technology Assurance Framework Go Live Gate as this is the most relevant to your request. There are a number of places where the information is found but this Annex E provides the best summary.
In regard to your second request above, I can confirm that the Scottish Government does not hold this information as the documents were not developed as part of this process.
