And, where possible, copies of this correspondence, redacted as appropriate.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to release the information requested, with the exception of sharing the number of items of correspondence received and held, which totals 7. An exemption applies under section 30(c) of FOISA (prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs) to 6 items of information identified. A 7th item of information is being withheld under exemption Section 29(1)(b) – Ministerial communications. Further detail of these exemptions can be found at ANNEX A and an explanation at ANNEX B.
