Scottish Government grant query for a property in Leith: EIR release

Information requested

Information regarding the film studio at 31 Bath Street, Leith which was previously a wave energy warehouse.

You asked if it has received government grants for either support of wave energy or for the more recent conversion to a film studio.

You also asked us to provide the amounts and the nature of any funding from any of the Scottish Government departments and including the Enterprise companies and SNIB.

Some of the information you have requested is available from Pelamis Wave Power Limited grant funding: EIR release - gov.scot. Under regulation 6(1)(b) of the EIRs, we do not have to give you information which is already publicly available and easily accessible to you in another form or format. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

We can also advise that no funding has been provided by the Scottish Government to the site since it became a film studio.
