RM Unify Glow contract information: FOI release

Information requested

The end date of the current contract between the Scottish Government and RM Technology for the provision of Glow (delivered through RM Unify).

The duration of the most recent renewal, and whether there are any extension options built into the agreement.

Any publicly available documents or procurement notices that set out these details.

The answer to your question about the duration of the most recent renewal cannot be gathered from the above sources but the answer is that the last renewal was for 26.5 months and the contract will end on the date stated in the Contracts register, 30/09/2027.
