Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) usage of Citizen Engagement platform and tools: FOI release

1) Do you use a Citizen Engagement platform?

2) If so, what tools do you use?

3) How much do you spend annually on a Citizen Engagement tool?

4) Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?

Response

The answers to your questions are;

1) Yes.

2) We use Citizen Space which is an online consultation platform that all SG consultations are published on.

3) There is no contract in place between AiB and the supplier, and there is no annual spend on a Citizen Engagement tool. AiB access the tool through a budget held by the Scottish Government. The Scottish Government manage the contractual arrangements and pay the supplier directly on AiB’s behalf.
