We are looking for the following details for North Lanarkshire Council between 01/04/24 to 31/03/25.

How many Minimal Asset Process bankruptcies were awarded 

How may Full Administration bankruptcies were awarded

Please find below all bankruptcy awards for those living in the North Lanarkshire Council area for the period 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025 broken down as follows -

• Minimal Asset Process Bankruptcy awards - 116
• Full Administration Bankruptcy awards - 50

The figures above are provisional until final validation is confirmed in July 2025 prior to the Annual Statistics being published on 27 August 2025.
