Information requested

Could you please tell me what the cost of maintenance has been at the above building which is located at Cotgreen Road, Tweedbank, Galashiels.

There seem to be a lot of tradesmen's vans in the car park and I would like to know what the ongoing maintenance costs are for the last year. If you do not have it up to date till the end of March, the latest figures you have for the financial year to 2024-2025 would be fine. this would NOT include the actual costs of power, energy and water, but potentially maintaining those systems and other parts of the building.

The total cost of maintenance work at Cotgreen Road, Tweedbank, Galashiels for the financial year 2024-2025 was £53,518.43.
