Response

Request for information 1:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested. This is because all members of staff have a contractual base location in their contract of employment which is their permanent, full-time place of work. Social Security Scotland is committed to working in a hybrid way and staff should spend at least two days per week (pro-rata) in an office. Exceptions may be made for colleagues and these will be discussed and agreed between the line manager and the individual. Where any such arrangement is made, it is reviewed on an ongoing basis.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.

Requests for information 2 and 3:

Please see attached document which provides the information requested.

Please note that only some divisions work within Enterprise House in Dundee.

Due to access systems, occupancy levels are calculated differently in different buildings and the information provided is unverified management information. The information is not necessarily comparable across Social Security Scotland buildings or with other organisations.

Request for information 4:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested. We are unable to provide a breakdown by department and floor but can provide this by each division within Social Security Scotland. This has been provided in the attached document.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
