Request for information 1: The current pay brackets which exist throughout your organisation as of February 2025.
Request for information 2: The current number of employees which are in payment each bracket as of February 2025.
Request for information 3: The total amount which has been paid to all employees of Social Security Scotland in the last year, from February 2024 to February 2025.

Please refer to the attached table titled "Total Employee Head Count by Pay Grade - as of February 2025."
The table displays the pay range for each grade and the number of employees within each pay bracket.
Response to information 3
From February 2024 to February 2025, Social Security Scotland paid a total of £230,650,849 to its employees, including agency, temporary, and contract staff. This amount covers salaries, pensions, and national insurance contributions.
