2. On how many occasions, covering the period 1st October 2013 to 28th November 2013, have the AiB breached sub judice rules in relation to obtaining criminal evidence for a planned BRO application submission?

Response

There have been no occasions where AiB has attempted to, or breached, the sub-judice rules in obtaining criminal evidence in a BRO investigation.
