Information requested
1. On how many occasions, covering the period 1st December 2013 to 30th March 2016, have the AiB provided the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) with a copy of a court submitted BRO application?
2. On how many occasions, covering the period 1st December 2013 to the present day, have the AiB's legal representatives (Harper Macleod) requested the court Sist a previously submitted BRO application?
3. On how many occasions, covering the period 1st October 2013 to the present day, have the AiB "liaised closely" with Police Scotland in relation to an ongoing BRO investigation?

3. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the costs of locating, retrieving and providing the information requested would exceed the upper cost limit of £600. To obtain the information we would require to review in excess of 1,100 cases. Under section 12 of FOISA public authorities are not required to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying would exceed the upper cost limit, which is currently set at £600 by Regulations made under section 12. You may, however, wish to consider reducing the scope of your request in order that the costs can be brought below £600. .
