The number of complaints received by Social Security Scotland from clients that relates to Social Security Scotland’s fraud and error resolution work.

In other words, complaints from clients that concern the work and activities undertaken by Social Security Scotland in fraud and error resolution (investigations etc).

Please breakdown the number by financial year (2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 so far).

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested. This is because we have received zero complaints relating to Social Security Scotland’s fraud and error resolution work.
