In addition to the translation costs a further £519.91 was incurred for printed copies.

3. How many responses have you had to the consultation up until now (the date of this FOI)?

4. Who did you hire to undertake the Scots and Gaelic translation of the bill?

There is no Bill at this stage and therefore I am assuming you are referring to the consultation. The Scots translation was undertaken by Scots Language Centre and Gaelic translation done in house by a member of staff.
